You will become part of a successful customer service team working towards our goal of creating the best customer experience. But not only that, there are no limits to your opportunities to learn and develop within Betsson!

What you'll do

We want you to be able to perform the following tasks:

Help both Danish and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone.
Work together with your team to deliver the best customer satisfaction (as well as achieving other KPIs).
Translate campaign texts and/or questionnaires into Danish.
Handle customer accounts.

You are good at:

Communicating both in writing and orally in both Danish and English.
Strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
Multi-tasking and time management.

Previous customer service experience, which can be face-to-face, online, or via telephone calls, or iGaming experience.

Start date: A new training group starts every second week.
Salary: The salary consists of a base salary and a bonus system.
Working hours: As a Customer Service Representative, you will work on a shift schedule with 6 working days followed by 3 days off.
Location: Malta, St Julians.
A generous relocation package will be offered if you move here.
