Concierge in Malta

We are currently seeking dedicated Concierge to join our Front Office team at the Verdala Wellness hotel-AX Privilege. The ideal candidate will provide personalised assistance to guests, offering recommendations and arranging services that contribute to a smooth, welcoming, and memorable stay.

• Welcome guests and act as a reliable point of contact throughout their stay.
• Assist with restaurant reservations, transportation, car rentals, tickets, local experiences, and other guest arrangements.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, room features, local attractions, dining options, and activities.
• Handle guest requests, messages, mail, keys, courier packages, luggage storage, and outside errands efficiently.
• Maintain regular contact with in-house guests, anticipate their needs, and respond professionally to concerns or complaints.
• Support luggage handling, arrivals, departures, and airport transfers when required.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and well-organised lobby and entrance area.
• Work closely with the Front Office and other hotel departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
• Promote the hotel's facilities and services while consistently following company, grooming, safety, and service standards.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the same or a similar position.
• Previous experience within a 5-star hotel or Forbes Travel Guide-rated establishment is preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages will be considered an asset.
• Strong guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, discreet, attentive, and detail-oriented approach.
• Good knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and activities.
• Proficiency in booking and reservation systems; familiarity with Opera will be considered an asset.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
