Guest Relations Agent

AX ODYCY is looking for a friendly and service-oriented Guest Relations Agent to join its Guest Experience team. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for guests, helping to create a welcoming environment and ensuring a positive and memorable stay.

• Welcome guests and maintain regular contact throughout their stay.
• Attend to guest requests, enquiries, and special requirements.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, promotions, and local attractions.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to feedback or concerns.
• Assist with travel arrangements, messages, and other guest services.
• Promote hotel outlets, activities, and available offers.
• Maintain accurate guest records, logbooks, and shift handovers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Follow company standards relating to service, safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures.

• Previous experience in guest relations, front office, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in French, Spanish, Italian, or German is required.
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused approach.
• Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and effectively.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
